Prices effective from 01/01/11
All the items listed can be purchased from the Academy uniform shop. Items marked with * are available from any good sport shops.
Opening hours (term time) are:
Monday 8 - 5pm
Tuesday 8 - 5pm
Wednesday 8 - 2.30pm
Thursday 8 - 5pm
Friday 8 - 4pm
An individual appointment will be made for each New Year 7 student.
Appointment times will be sent out by letter

Compulsory items – All clothing MUST be named
Name labels are available to purchase from the Academy shop
Guidance on Footwear from September 2009
For boys and girls shoes should be plain and black with leather or leather style uppers. This style of shoe offers support and protection for feet, from the elements and from other students feet (remember we have over 1100 students here!).
The following styles of shoe are not allowed:
- trainers (black or otherwise)
- trainer style shoes including those with velcro straps
- canvas shoes
- shoes with heels over 4cm
- shoes with sports logos
- backless shoes
- open toed shoes or sandals
- boots
No mobile
phones
No jewellery
or piercings
No trainers
Mobile phones and jewellery will be confiscated.
(They may be collected by students at 5.00pm on Friday from the Bursar's office or by parents at any time.)
Students wearing trainers will be sent home.
